Paul M. Conley, age 65, lifelong resident of Lincoln,
died Sunday, July 18, 2010.
Born on November 2, 1944
in Lincoln to Paul & Edus (Meyer) Conley.
As an undergraduate at the University of Nebraska, a member of Theta Chi Fraternity.
Paul graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School 3-3 program,
where he also served as chair of the Allen Moot Court Council.
Before establishing the Conley Law Office, he worked at Legal Aid and the Public Defenders Office.
He taught business law at UNL as well as serving as an advocate in women and children's issues.
He was recognized by the Nebraska State Bar Association with the Robert Shire pro bono award in 2007.
Paul loved nature and animals, crossword puzzles, and the practice of law.
He was a gregarious fellow who delighted in swapping stories with his many friends.
He will be missed.
